If it makes you feel better, I have been un officially doing the challenge too (it started while were on vacation so I haven't commented or checked in with her). I picked water as one of my three also and that is the one thing I haven't been able to do either! I drink water, but that is a LOT of liquid to consume. The one time so far I was able to manage it, I felt like I was floating by the end of the day!


Hi Summer!

It always helps me to keep a liter size bottle of water on my desk. When I take my vitamins (and alfalfa and such) I tend to drink a lot more to flush them down.

I read somewhere that we should all drink a glass in the morning as soon as we wake, one with breakfast, one before lunch, one with lunch, one before dinner, one with dinner and one after dinner. That's 7, so there's another one in there somewhere that I missed.

I try to drink 2 liters a day too, but tend to just get 1.5 liters.

Since I was (note: WAS) at the end of pregnancy, I didn't jump in. Now, I have a 2-day-old boy and QUITE the flat tire belly to go with him. Anyway, I think it's time for me to start up also, and water's as good a place as any. I'll jump back onto BWO+ and TWO T-Tapp in a week or two when my body stops yelling at me quite so much!

Me too Summer. While I'm doing fine on my GM/MM diet and water consumption.....not so good on my t-tapping. For the LIFE OF ME, I cannot get off my ass. Not even for a 15 minute BWO+. WHY WHY WHY??????
